We are living among horrors. This world is becoming a dangerous place to live in. world – wide terrorist activities have destroyed the peace of the world. The attack of the AI-QUQIDA terrorists on the twin tower of the world trade centre in New York presents the most horrible face of international terrorism. This is certainly not the first and the last act of terrorism. India has been the victim of terrorist activities for the past two decades. The terrorist activities in Kashmir and Nagaland have taken away many innocent human lives. The government of India has launched an all-out war against terrorism. But we have received only a partial success. The terrorist attack on the Red Fort, The Parliament of India and in Gujarat reminds us of the strength and depth of terrorism in India.
Gandhiji showed the people of India and the world the path of non –violence. The teaching of Gandhi is still relevant today. If the monster of terrorism is not checked, it will engulf the whole world.
