Fundamental rights

To ensure the overall development of citizens, the fundamental rights have been providing in the part 3 of the constitution.
·       Rights to equality
·       Right to freedom
·       Right against exploitation
·       Right to religious freedom
·       Cultural and educational rights
·       Right to constitutional remedies
The fundamental rights cannot be modified or limited in any way except by the procedure of constitution amendment. The fundamental rights are protected by judiciary in case of their violation.
