Green chemistry

Green chemistry was used by the scientists in 1992 after the formation of pollution prevention act (1990). The term green chemistry refers to the program of developing new chemical products and chemical processes or making improvement in the already existing compounds and processes so, as to make them less harmful to human health and environment. Green chemistry utilizes the database information about the toxic and hazardous properties of certain chemicals in order to fully evalute their positive and negative effects.
