The problems of brain drain in India

When highly experts like scientist, engineers, doctors and other trained person migrate from under developed countries such migration is brain drain. Brain drain results in a direct loss to the underdeveloped and poor countries, who train these experts at a great cost. When these experts migrate to advanced countries, such countries stand to gain because they get service these expert without having to spend anything on training. There are many factors responsible from brain drain in India. First of all, India lacks job opportunities. Secondly, we do not recognize talent in our people much less offer jobs to them. Shri Hargobind  khurana could not get job in India. We became aware of his talent only after he left India and became a model laureate. Thirdly India lack facilities for advanced research. Fourthly advanced countries like USA, Canada provided high standard of living.
So, we have to think about this problem and try to solve it.
